Les vêtements comme du Mobilier

SS

Clothing as furniture—an idea of garments as sacred refuges, perfectly proportioned. Intimate in nature, the collection draws from the darkened patterns of tree burls, geometric marquetry, sheer drapery, and stained-glass mosaics. Like the space between wood and bark, bodies nestle within asymmetrical fabric panels, seams outlined in relief—cutaway trousers, moiré silk dresses, structured organza corset tops. Fabrics are veined or iridescent; the palette finds its balance in neutral black or white, icy blue, and velvety violet.
