La beauté encadrées

AW

With one eye on art and the other on the future, this fin-de-siècle collection frames the beauty of faces and bodies while subverting classical aesthetics. Pictorial, sculptural, and performative, it stages garments as living paintings, carriers of emotion. As if emerging from the symbol laden paintings of Hieronymus Bosch, elfin-haired silhouettes become iconic figures. The collection exalts the dress in all its forms—crafted in noble fabrics (pure wools and silks), cut in flat planes, mid-calf lengths, and squared volumes—while coats take on the solidity of armor.
